Dr. Andy DeStefano joined Central Animal Hospital as medical director in September of 2025. He graduated with his doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from The University of Florida in 2017.  As a (nearly) lifelong Tampa Bay area resident, he is dedicated to providing our community with compassionate care for both pets and their people.  Practicing science-based veterinary medicine, his professional interests include nutrition, dermatology, internal medicine and surgery.  When he is not working, Dr. DeStefano can be found at the beach with his family, watching sci-fi movies or playing card games.
