Appointment Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrivals Policies

In order to serve our clients and deliver the best patient care we operate primarily by scheduled appointments. We send text messages 24-48 hours prior to the appointment first, and then two hours prior to the appointment as a last reminder that our doctors have reserved the time for your pet.

Appointment Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrivals Policies

Our appointment scheduling policy is outlined below for both new and existing clients:

  1. We require advance payment in the amount of the cost of the exam or consultation in order to schedule an appointment.

  2. For anesthetic procedures, we require a $250 advanced payment at time of scheduling.

  3. We require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can be sure and have that time available for other pets that may need to be seen.

  4. If the appropriate notice is not given the pre-payment left will be forfeited.  A new payment will be required if a reschedule is requested.

Late Arrival Policy

In order to be sure that the doctor has the appropriate time needed with your pet late arrivals may be subject to being rescheduled.

If you are 10 minutes or later to a scheduled appointment, it is up to the doctor’s discretion if there is enough time necessary to see your pet prior to their next appointment. If there is not enough time, then you will be rescheduled to the next available time. The pre-payment for the exam will be forfeited and a new payment will be required in this case as well.
