Appointment Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrivals Policies
Our appointment scheduling policy is outlined below for both new and existing clients:
We require advance payment in the amount of the cost of the exam or consultation in order to schedule an appointment.
For anesthetic procedures, we require a $250 advanced payment at time of scheduling.
We require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can be sure and have that time available for other pets that may need to be seen.
If the appropriate notice is not given the pre-payment left will be forfeited. A new payment will be required if a reschedule is requested.
